Cara Dion

Cara Dion writes steamy, contemporary romance, often with a forbidden or age gap relationship. Her debut series, Love Song, was released in 2023.

Voted “most likely to write the great American novel” by her middle school classmates, she has been writing for as long as she can remember. Cara has a master’s degree in English Literature and has been a high school English teacher, professional musician, and nonprofit administrator.

Cara has always had an overactive imagination and spent much of her teenage years watching 80s and 90s romcoms with her aunt. She read her first romance when a friend snuck one of their mother's Harlequins into their Catholic high school and passed it around like contraband, but Cara didn't return to romancelandia until the pandemic. When she’s not reading or writing romance, she loves cooking, Broadway musicals, and all things Disney.

Cara lives in a small town in New England with her husband, son, and two very demanding cats.
